This is just one of many pieces of urban wall art that can be found in Atlanta, Georgia. More and more of this type of art can be seen as tagging is being replaced. I did see one piece of art that had been tagged over and the very next day the group of artists came out and repaired the wall art by removing the tags.
I have been exposed to the art world since a child roaming the halls of Art Galleries throughout Europe with my artist/architect father. During my military days in Vietnam I became exposed to photography by doing black and white aerial photography and processing it in my own dark room and taking color slides as well. Not until the age of digital cameras did I reintroduce myself to photography and raising two wonderfully talented sons who were actors and musicians and was able to help them along the way taking photographs for their respective portfolios (several are in my portfolio here).
